First Understand Divine Communication

As I understand the depths of meditation, I have experienced that connecting with God is not about verbal communication, but rather a dialogue beyond words. It is about establishing a soulful connection, a conversation that transcends human language limitations.

In the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna beautifully elucidates this concept, guiding us to a more profound understanding of communication with the divine.

Silencing the Mind

To initiate this divine conversation, it is necessary to quiet the mind and calm its constant chatter. By practicing meditation, you learn to observe and detach from your thoughts, thereby keeping the mind in a calm state and becoming a receptive channel to connect with divine energy.

Devotion and Surrender

My personal journey as a bhakta or devotee of Lord Shiva and his incarnation, Hanuman, has taught me that devotion plays an important role in connecting with God from the heart. Unwavering faith in God and completely surrendering oneself to the process of divine communication increase the intensity of this sacred communication.

Finding God Within Yourself

Often we search for God outside of ourselves, looking for external signs and manifestations. However, the true essence of this divine connection lies within us.

Recognizing God's presence in your heart allows you to establish a direct channel of communication while meditating. You can engage in inner dialogue with God, express your desires, seek guidance, and experience profound solace.

Stillness and Intuition

I have found that God communicates through subtle whispers that we can hear when our mind is calm and receptive in the depth of meditation. These whispers come in the form of intuitive insight, profound clarity, or a deep sense of knowledge. By surrendering to stillness during meditation, you create a space where divine messages can flow smoothly into your consciousness.

It is necessary to develop patience and understand that the path to establishing a deeper communication channel with God is a gradual journey.

Closing Thoughts

Through the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and my personal experience as a devoted devotee, I have found that talking to God through meditation is a sacred and mysterious process.

By doing the things I have mentioned above, you can establish an intimate, direct and soulful conversation with God.

May this knowledge guide you on your spiritual journey, enrich your Meditation Practice and deepen your connection with the supreme energy that pervades all of existence.
